Rishan is the founder of TaxFlow and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who began his career early with a strong passion for supporting small businesses. He earned his CPA auditor designation while working at top-tier firms like KPMG and Richter, gaining valuable expertise in business accounting and taxation.
To expand his financial foundation, he pivoted into Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) taking on important roles at well-known companies. This career shift refined both his strategic perspective and technical finance skills. With a forward-thinking, efficiency-driven approach, Rishan brings a holistic view of business—offering value-added services that help small businesses scale.
Anne-Laure Madiba, Partner of Accounting & Advisory
As the second generation of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs), Anne-Laure is a CPA who started her career through the family first and then at EY, a Big 4 Accounting firm. As she was always curious to learn more about the operational side, she then changed to large multinational corporations, Canadian National Railway and Pratt&Whitney Canada.
Driven by a desire to always provide more to Canadian business owners, she has been, since 2019, assisting companies with their accounting and financial decisions. She has been leveling up and supervising all the financial processes for startups and large companies, including financial reporting, ERP implementation, tax, forecasting, and FP&A, so that the owners may concentrate on their core business.
